Nike Hit with New Worker Abuse Claims

Nike (NYSE:NKE) is currently facing new claims of worker abuse in Indonesia. The reports in the claim say that workers work in distressed conditions at the Pou Chen Group factory, which makes Converse products. In an interview with the Associated Press, a 23-year-old female employee in the embroidery division said, “They throw shoes and other things at us. They growl and slap us when they get angry.” NIKE has a potential upside of 4.6% based on a current price of .23 and an average consensus analyst price target of .46.
