    Right on the money, with TWO exceptions/omissions:
    1) It is now believed a select few wealthy families pulled much money out of the Stock Exchange, causing a dip, which in turn caused concern / more withdrawls, which spiraled like a domino effect.
    2) The Fed is not part of the government at all - it is not FEDERAL, it is privately owned, it has no RESERVE, it prints money out of thin air, and there is no SYSTEM - they do what they like.
